Delete your account
SecondServe account & data deletion.
You can permanently delete your SecondServe account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is from the app itself, on the device where you're signed in:
- Open the SecondServe app.
- Go to the Me tab (your profile).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is effective immediately — no email or approval needed.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll process the request and confirm by reply, normally within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your watches, alerts, and saved courts are permanently removed.
- All your signed-in sessions are revoked and your push tokens are removed.
- Personal data (your email and display name) is scrubbed from your account row. The row itself is retained as a deletion marker so the same email is free to be re-used for a fresh sign-up.
- Push notifications already in flight at the moment of deletion may complete delivery to your device; new notifications stop immediately.
What we keep, and for how long
After deletion, only the deletion marker described above is retained, and it holds no personal data. All other personal data is purged in the deletion transaction. We may retain limited, non-identifying records where required to comply with legal obligations.
